Client description: Brand under NDA — an international IT company. The main product is a website and mobile application for job search, ranking among the TOP-10 most popular resources worldwide in the “Jobs & Employment” category. The platform is a market leader in online recruitment and aggregates thousands of vacancies from various sources. Millions of people use the service daily across 67 countries.

Client's request:

➤ Increase the app’s visibility in the App Store and Google Play.
➤ Increase the number of organic downloads through ASO optimization.
➤ Scale growth when entering new markets.

Initial Data:

The app already had a strong brand and global presence, but its organic growth potential in app stores was not fully utilized. Metadata and visual elements required adaptation for new markets and user search queries, while visibility for some keywords was below the achievable level.

Project Results:

As a result of comprehensive ASO optimization and expansion into new markets, it was possible to significantly increase search visibility and organic installs. The number of iOS search queries grew from 1,300 to 4,000, representing a +207% increase.

The app reached TOP-5 positions for key search queries in the USA and European countries.

In the USA over a 4-month period (iOS), the following results were achieved:

➤ The key query “remote job” rose from 35th to 3rd position,
➤ “find job” — from 55th to 5th position,
➤ “find work” — entered the TOP-10.

Organic installs on iOS increased by 56% over 4 months.

On Google Play, indexing increased by 8% over 2 months — from 8,000 to 8,650 queries.

In France, the app became #1 for the query “job career” (up from position #17).

Within 2 months after implementing changes in Google Play, global organic installs increased by 5.3%.

Additional screenshot redesign and visual optimization also delivered install growth: +5% in India and +2.5% in Brazil.
