Client description: Brand under NDA — a Ukrainian startup app in the “Education / Language Learning” category, on the market for over 1 year.

Client's request:
➤ Increase conversion to paid subscription from 3.5% to 4.5% within 3 months.
➤ Achieve 5% subscription conversion within 6 months.
➤ Increase the number of registrations from 13K to 30–50K within 6 months.
➤ Ensure profit growth across all markets.
Initial Data:
Organic traffic was practically non-existent. The app had low visibility in the App Store and a weak conversion rate from page views to installs. Due to the lack of organic activity, the project had to rely heavily on paid advertising, which increased CPI. The App Store algorithms did not promote the app in recommendations.
Project Results:
As a result of comprehensive ASO optimization and improvements to product metrics, sustainable organic growth was achieved. App indexing increased from 53 to 3,500 keywords worldwide. Visibility in the App Store reached 83% in Ukraine and 21% in Germany. The number of keywords in the TOP 10 reached 44 in Ukraine and 40 in Germany. The Category Ranking improved significantly, which began generating stable organic traffic.
Conversion from views to installs increased:
➤ Worldwide — by 469%,
➤ In Ukraine — by 360%,
➤ In Germany — by 17,757%.
Within 3 months, net profit increased by 95%, and the number of downloads grew by 219% worldwide and by 170% in Ukraine. App Store search impressions increased: worldwide — from 3.9K to 57.1K, in Ukraine — from 2K to 27K, and in Germany — from less than 100 to 13.8K.
